Adventurers Class!

  Choo, Choo!! We love to watch the train go by while we are at recess.  Dalia found some orange leaves from the tree! We know what that means.. Fall is here!! Mrs. Rachel taught us about different vehicles and what they are used for while we were stuck inside from the rain this morning. We sang, danced and counted along!  Sammy and Ivy worked very hard building some awesome towers! We experimented looking through the different colored blocks to see how it changed objects in the classroom and outside! 

  Today we started off our morning with some artwork! We enjoyed drawing apples on the apple tree, coloring in pumpkins, and creating our own drawings!! Smiley faces all around :) Sammy did a great job practicing his name! 

  Friends loved following along with the Rhythm sticks!! We practiced making different sounds with the sticks by doing different movements with them. Some friends added in instruments as well. We had a lot of fun making music at morning meeting today! Ivy helping Owen get his shoe on during recess this morning ❤️

We love all of those smiles during recess time! Watching our Discoverer friends on the monkey bars. Playing chasing bears! A game Henry loves to play during recess. Today lots of friends joined him. Peek- a- boo Owen. One of his favorite games to play! Last week we introduced meeting into our daily schedule. This is a time where we will talk about the weather, read books, and dance. Today at meeting we read "Little Blue Truck." The "Beep, Beep, Beep" of Little Blue Truck was the highlight of our reading time!  

Filling up our buckets with wood chips was a lot of fun!  Henry enjoying our new fire truck on the playground. Emma's cheese face!  Ellie enjoyed filling her bucket and pretending it was cake! Yum! New buckets/ shovels, balls, and various trucks were delivered for our playground. We love creating such a fun outdoor space for our Adventurer friends to enjoy!
