Mindful Mosaics Day-1!

The focus this week is a circle! First, we formed a line to create a train. Then we came together to form a circle within our class!

Looking at the snow globe was a lot of fun! The class was able to identify circles among our classroom space. 

Watching Tina trace varying size circles to demonstrate to the the class so we could start our activity!

Identifying the colors of the rainbow within our art project. 

Henry noticed you could roll the crayons on their side and they'd work to color on the paper! Friends joined in on this discovery.

 We worked on tracing circles to start our 6 week mindful mosaic session. Each week we will add onto our projects. Can't wait to see what our class creates. Day one was a lot of fun! We worked on tracing and coloring as a group to add this artwork to our classroom.
